Our client's IT Department has over 1000 employees and is growing. They widely use RUP, UML, and ITIL methodologies so it is a plus if you are familiar with them. Job Description: Project Manager will lead the projects within the companies Storage Optimization program, to include at least two large projects to implement a new Enterprise SAN environment and an end-of-life Enterprise NAS replacement. This role is for a Project Manager to manage projects within the companies’ portfolio. Will manage complex IT projects/programs through initiation, planning, execution/control, and closeout phases. This individual will facilitate the project team in defining requirements, proposal, budget, and schedule. They will be responsible for managing and communicating the project/program scope, resources and schedule as well as creating strategies for managing risk mitigation and contingency planning. Plans, schedules, and communicates project deliverables, goals, and milestones. Efficiently identifies and solves project issues and maintains project documentation. They must possess strong organizational, presentation, problem solving and customer service skills. The potential candidate must have previous experience managing large, complex projects and/or programs. Position Specifications • Infrastructure PM, Mid-Level • PMP Certification (Plus)
